Welcome to MUPH Reborn! To maintain a fair, enjoyable, and friendly environment for everyone, all players are expected to follow these rules. By playing on our server, you agree to abide by the following regulations.

📜 1. General Rules

1. Treat all players, Game Masters (GMs), and staff members with respect.
2. Harassment, bullying, threats, discrimination, and offensive behavior are not allowed.
3. Do not impersonate Game Masters, administrators, or other players.
4. Follow all instructions and announcements issued by the MUPH Reborn staff.
5. Exploiting loopholes or bugs to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
6. The staff reserves the right to take action against behavior that negatively affects the server or its community.

⚔️ 2. Account Rules

1. Each player is responsible for the security of their own account.
2. Never share your account password with anyone.
3. Do not use another player’s account without permission.
4. Account trading, selling, or sharing may be restricted by server policy.
5. Staff members will never ask for your password.
6. Any account involved in fraudulent activities may be suspended or permanently banned.

🚫 3. Hacking, Cheating & Third-Party Programs

1. The use of hacks, cheats, bots, injectors, or unauthorized third-party programs is prohibited.
2. Programs that provide unfair advantages, automate gameplay, or modify the game client are not allowed unless explicitly approved by MUPH Reborn.
3. Attempting to bypass the server’s security or anti-cheat system is strictly prohibited.
4. Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics for personal gain is not allowed.
5. Players who discover a serious bug should report it to the staff instead of abusing it.
6. Punishments may include item removal, character suspension, account suspension, or permanent banning.

💰 4. Trading & Scamming

1. Players are responsible for checking all trade items before confirming a transaction.
2. Scamming, deception, and fraudulent transactions are prohibited.
3. Do not impersonate another player to obtain items, Zeny, or other valuables.
4. The staff may investigate reported scams, but recovery of lost items or currency is not guaranteed.
5. Real-money trading (RMT) is allowed only if explicitly authorized by MUPH Reborn.
6. Fraudulent payment claims or chargeback abuse may result in permanent account suspension.

💬 5. Chat & Communication

1. Do not spam messages or flood public chat channels.
2. Excessive use of capital letters, advertisements, or repeated messages may be restricted.
3. Offensive, abusive, sexually explicit, or inappropriate language is prohibited.
4. Do not promote other servers or competing gaming communities without permission.
5. Do not spread false information intended to damage the server or its community.
6. Respect other players during PvP, guild discussions, and public events.

🏰 6. PvP & Guild Wars

1. PvP is part of MU Online, but harassment and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
2. Do not exploit map, character, or game mechanics to gain an unfair PvP advantage.
3. Respect event rules and agreements established by guilds or event organizers.
4. Kill-stealing and other competitive behavior may be regulated in designated events or maps.
5. Do not use unauthorized programs during PvP or guild wars.
6. Follow any special rules announced for Castle Siege and other server events.

🎯 7. Events & Game Masters

1. Follow all instructions provided during official server events.
2. Do not interfere with or intentionally disrupt events.
3. Exploiting event mechanics for unfair rewards is prohibited.
4. Do not impersonate event organizers or GMs.
5. Event rewards are subject to the specific rules announced by the staff.
6. The staff may cancel, modify, or reschedule an event when necessary.

🐉 8. Bugs & Exploits

1. Report serious bugs and exploits to the MUPH Reborn staff.
2. Do not duplicate items, Zeny, jewels, or other game resources.
3. Do not abuse quest, NPC, monster, or item bugs.
4. Players who knowingly abuse exploits may have their gains removed.
5. Exploit-related penalties may apply even if the player did not initially discover the bug.

🛡️ 9. Account Security & Privacy

1. Keep your account credentials private and secure.
2. Avoid using the same password on multiple websites.
3. Do not share personal information about other players without their consent.
4. Report suspicious links, phishing attempts, or fraudulent websites to the staff.
5. MUPH Reborn staff will not request your password or security codes.

⚖️ 10. Punishments & Enforcement

Depending on the severity of the violation, the following actions may be taken:

• ⏳ Temporary suspension
• 🎒 Removal of illegal items or currency
• 🚫 Character suspension
• 🔒 Permanent account ban
• 🏰 Guild or event penalties

Punishments may vary depending on the severity, frequency, and impact of the violation.

📢 11. Staff Authority

1. The MUPH Reborn staff reserves the right to investigate suspected violations.
2. Players may be asked to provide relevant information during investigations.
3. False reports, fabricated evidence, or attempts to manipulate investigations may result in penalties.
4. Staff decisions should be respected, although players may submit a legitimate appeal through the official support channels.
5. Rules may be updated when necessary to protect the server and its community.
